Peanut was the smallest of the dogs rescued from IA.  She was rescued at 9 months and only weighed 13 pounds!  She was the bottom of the totem pole in the IA pack.  You can see in the picture below that her ear has been torn and does not stand up. 
Peanut was adopted by her foster parents and is perfectly well adjusted! She plays with chew toys and squeakies.  On the follow up visit, Peanut jumped on the couch right next to me when I sat down.  She leaned up against me and wasn't going to stop until I was rubbing her tummy.  She is a great dog!!

 

 

When I parked outside to go inside before her visit, she was hanging out on the porch.  I called her name and she stuck her head between the rungs of the railing on the porch.  I just had to get a picture.  Above are the pictures of her now!
