Wow,
Cookie’s good looks are only matched by her energy. She is
young-probably just under a year, and she sure has that
puppy endurance down pat. Cookie is not a good choice for
someone who wants a couch potato or thinks a walk or two a
day is good enough. Cookie is going to need to get out and
expend some of this energy. She would do great with a
runner or someone who likes to bike or ski. She’ll keep up
with you, that is for sure!
Cookie
absolutely loves other dogs. If she sees another dog, she
lets you know that you need to bring her over there NOW to
play with her! She can be vocal. But once she meets the
other dog, she takes corrections well from them. Fritter
let her know that she needed to calm down in order to be his
bud and she listened. She would probably drive a senior dog
nuts so a younger dog would be best as a play mate.
Cookie needs a higher fence-she could sail over a 4’ fence
with no problem. We will require a formal training class
for anyone who adopts her. She will thrive in a structured
setting that can channel her energy and teach her proper
manners. But she wants to learn and has a great temperament
so training should be a breeze.
