Comments:  calm mannered, very rarely barks, will howl when excited but only briefly, enjoys being outside but will run, needs to be leashed going potty. Zeus loves playing in water and going for walks. Enjoys his alone time too and will complain (talk) if he doesn’t want to be handled. Never has shown aggression, growled or bit anyone. He’s a big baby. He doesn’t like fireworks or thunderstorms, and enjoys comfort to get through them.  He loves being pet and belly rubs. His favorite treat is fruity candy. He’s loves the smell and taste of fruity candy. We give him a couple starburst or skittle every now and then, but rarely since it’s not the best snack for him. Overall, great dog. Calm mannered, not destructive. He can be left home alone without being in a crate and is respectful.

Comments: Calm mannered around people but tends to resource guard food, toys and bones around other pets. Dogs are fed once a day and then the food dish gets put away, out of her sight. She shares food with Zeus just fine but doesn’t allow the cats in the house near their dog food dish. She will chase them away if they go near it, (chases them away but doesn’t bite or growl at them). She will share her water with the cats though.  She will steal cat toys away from the cats and is possessive of their toys as well. We encourage her to be nice and not selfish by saying “Diamond nice”. She knows what that means when we say it too.  Diamond is very attached to Zeus. As they have been together since puppies. His presence helps calm her and makes her feel secure, his presence eases her anxieties. Diamond loves kids and is very patient with them. She never barks or howls. She’s a very quiet and good natured dog. She can be left alone in the house without being destructive. She does need to be on a leash to go potty and while she’s outside or she will run away. Bananas are her favorite fruit. She enjoys sleeping at the foot of the bed and she also enjoys being pet.
